SVGomma can achieve the best quality and an efficient containment of the production cost thanks to the use of special customized machinery as well as innovative production systems. SVG is committed in the development of new production technologies oriented in reducing waste and scrap in order to enhance both the cost containment and the quality. SVG’s flexibility allows the production of very small but highly specialized lots as well as large production series for daily JIT deliveries all over the world.

SVGomma can use a lot of production techniques: horizontal and vertical injection, liquid silicone injection (LSR), over-molding of plastic and/or metal inserts with thermoset or thermoplastic rubber, co-injection of two different materials, transfer/injection-transfer molding, compression, double-injection, extrusion and co-extrusion, single or 3D blow molded components, rubber and plastic sheet punching, bonding treatment of the insert, cryogenic de-burring, 100% optical camera check, 100% product functional test when requested.
