In 1979, Stefano Valli started supplying rubber items and compounds for the white goods industry, establishing three separate production units, diversified according to the items produced and supply sectors. In 1997, the production and management divisions are united in the new single headquarters in Carobbio degli Angeli (BG).

In 2014, SVG Poland was established in Tychy with the aim of satisfying Central European customers in need of LCC supplies. SVG now operates globally, with 60 percent of production destined for export, and indiscriminately satisfies multinationals and small sector companies, thanks to the high degree of specialization achieved in forty years of activity in the design and production of technical items made of rubber, plastic or their assemblies, using all polymers available on the market.
