Where efficiency is born
The improved quality and effective cost control provided by SVG are possible through the use of product-designed machines and advanced production systems. SVG is constantly striving to develop new production techniques that minimize waste and improve process efficiency, all to the benefit of cost competitiveness and quality. The flexibility of the organizational system makes it possible to produce both very small and highly specialized series and very large series to be delivered daily to the assembly line of customers anywhere in the world.
SVG uses multiple manufacturing techniques: from horizontal and vertical injection molding to liquid silicone injection (LSR); from transfer/injection-transfer to compression and bi-injection; from over-molding with plastic or metal inserts to co-molding of two different materials; from extrusion to co-extrusion; from blow molding to 3D blow molding; from adhesive treatments of inserts to cryogenic deburring; from cutting and blanking of plates and profiles to optical inspection of 100% of production, and 100% testing of safety parts.
